D.M. Manufacturing is a custom metal fabricating and machine shop utilizing state-of-the art equipment to serve the complex and exacting requirements of the water and wastewater, machine tool, road construction, and other industries that demand precision fabricated metal components.
D.M. Manufacturing's diverse range of equipment is complemented by our many years of experience in the fabrication of light and heavy plate, angle and plate rolling, turning, milling, boring and planing. We have in house faciliities for blasting and painting, and with our own oversize trucking capabilities, we can deliver the finished component to your site.
Operations & Expertise
Operations are in Beloit, Wisconsin and South Beloit, Illinois. Custom metal parts are designed to customer specifications and range from sheet metal guards to 50,000 pound fabrications. The Beloit operation specializes in water treatment filter presses, clarifiers, grit separation mechanisms, thickener components, and covers. Our expertise includes assembling and piping of electrical and other components of the application. Our South Beloit operation is skilled at various stainless steel fabrications for the food service and other industries.
Key Equipment & Capabilities
Key equipment and capabilities include development and drafting, plasma and flame cutting, horizontal milling and boring (8 by 30 feet table), horizontal boring bar, turning lathe with 20 feet bed, and verticle turret lathes (100 inch diameter by 5 feet high and 36 inch diameter by 2 feet high), 400 ton press brake, and shearing up to one half inch.
